Rooted in Ayurveda. Guided by experience.
Ayurveda has always been more than a system of medicine to me. It is a way of understanding how we grow, adapt, heal, and thrive through every stage of life.
I’m Rasika, an Ayurvedic practitioner with a BAMS and MD in Pediatrics, bringing more than 13 years of clinical experience across India and Canada to my work with children and families.
My particular passion lies in Pediatric Ayurveda. Children are constantly growing and changing, and I believe their care should nurture not only the concerns of today, but the foundations of their future health.
My approach brings traditional Ayurvedic wisdom into everyday family life—exploring nutrition, digestion, sleep, daily rhythms, skin health, seasonal routines, and lifestyle in ways that feel practical and achievable for modern families.
Alongside clinical practice, teaching has remained an important part of my journey. After more than five years of teaching experience in India, I continue to share Ayurveda through education, speaking, and community learning in Canada and beyond.
Through RASYA, my vision is to make Ayurveda feel less complicated and more approachable—rooted in tradition, informed by experience, and thoughtfully adapted to the world families live in today.
